A Journey into the History, Culture & Alchemy of Artisan Cheese Making

In this informative and stimulating event, Barry will take you on a journey and demonstration into the wonders of artisan cheese-making (actually producing a batch of cheese during the event).  

The journey will conclude with a convivial farmhouse lunch of soup, bread, salad and, of course a fantastic selection of cheeses – followed by tea and coffee.
